Types of Sun Rays in AI Image Prompts and Creative Use of Sunlight in Stable Diffusion XL (SDXL)
Sunlight plays a crucial role in creating AI images and AI photographs, influencing various aspects such as contrasts, shadows, colors, highlighting of structures or textures, reflections, and, of course, the mood and atmosphere of the image. Photographers often consider lighting conditions and take pictures at specific times of the day.
Full sunlight can create a joyful atmosphere, while the light at dusk or dawn can impart a romantic or mysterious mood. Darkness can be ominous and introduce uncertainty.
In portrait photography, natural sunlight can be used to emphasize facial features, giving portraits warmth and naturalness.
The direction of light affects the shape of shadows and the overall composition of the image. Therefore, skillful use of natural sunlight is crucial for achieving desired effects in photography and visual art.
Using AI, we don't have to wait for hours for the right light; we can create it on demand.
A specific type of sunlight is the visible rays, and I will focus on them. This phenomenon is very spectacular, so it's worth knowing how to control it as best as possible.
Of course, full control over AI behavior is not possible, but it also has its charm because it allows the creation of unique images.
It's important to understand when sun rays appear. They are visible when sunlight passes through various tiny particles on which it scatters. This can be a cloud, smoke, or dust. The right angle of light and a contrasting background are needed. The photographer may need to experiment a bit, but with AI, the whole process is remarkably simple, requiring only the use of the right prompt.
